Training & Development offerings provide players from K-12 College and pros of all abilities the opportunity to improve their individual basketball skill sets in educational and all-inclusive environments. Featuring a variety of year-round programming for players in Kindergarten through High School, Pro Rep's #1 goal is to give each player the right basketball tools so that they can be successful with their school and travel teams.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Overview: Begin a personalized basketball journey through our private training sessions. Our expert coaches customize each session to match your specific goals and skill level, offering concentrated guidance to improve your technique, boost your confidence, and elevate your overall performance on the court. GROUP TRAINING

Overview: Enhance your basketball skills by joining our small group training sessions designed for 3-6 participants. Led by skilled coaches, these sessions combine personalized guidance with team-based exercises to improve skills, promote teamwork, and boost performance. Experience a positive and dynamic atmosphere to enhance your abilities, create lasting bonds, and reach your basketball objectives within a dedicated and driven group.

HOLIDAY CLINICS

Overview: Looking to stay active and enhance your basketball abilities over the holiday break? Join our holiday basketball clinics, where players of every level can enjoy and enhance their skills.

 

When: All Clinics will run for a duration of 2 to 3 hours during the various holiday seasons. Times and days may vary.

PRO ATHLETE TRAINING

Overview: Individual programs designed for the entire off-season, customized to meet the needs of each player and create an ideal off-season plan receiving a minimum of 500 reps per session. Completely integrated program, covering all skill development, strength training, and additional other requested services - whatever is needed to make a difference that can be catered to the individual athlete.
